British Pedal Producer Effectrode Brings Back The Tube-Vibe Pedal

The Tube-Vibe is a re-designed pedal which aims to capture the tones of the classic Uni-Vibe pedals.

Effectrode had stopped making the Tube-Vibe for several months while they worked on producing a new version, and now the resulting new Chorus/Vibe tube pedal is available from Effectrode's website.

The new version now has a Chorus/Vibrato switch for classic Hendrix/Trower tones or true pitch detuning effects.

Another new addition is the Classic/Smooth mode switch which allows the pedal to create the deep throb of the original Uni-Vibe or a more subtle, ethereal chorus voicing.

The circuitry has also been modified to enable tube swapping. The pedal ships with a 12AU7 which gives up to 6dB of gain, however a 12AX7 can be substituted for some serious boost and overdrive.
