Howdy, I have a ZOOM 9000 Advanced guitar effects processor which I bought back in 93 (great little unit by the way). Unfortunately someone stepped on it and smashed the LCD display. The unit still works but it is a bit too challengeing to program all the modes with no visual display (forget about using the tuning function, no can do). I thought it would be relatively easy to get a new LCD display for it but the Australian suppliers tell me there are no stocks here or in Japan (must be one sitting on a shelf somewhere hey ?). If I can get a replacement I know someone who can install it for me. Does anyone know of someone with a ZOOM 9000 with a bad electronics board (or even a good one they don’t want ? – obviosuly prepared to pay). I could use the display. The unit retailed for around $ 500.00 Australian so I could get one cheaper maybe. I haven’t seen any advertised as they may have been a popular unit. If anybody has any ideas or information it would be very much appreciated. Email welcome at [email protected] Thanks Mark Eastaugh Perth Western Australia
