My first visit here, I installed Fender Texas Special Strat Pickups in my Mexico Fender Strat. I combined and sodered all the new black wires to the same area where the original blue wires were sodered. Then I carefully sodered the new neck pup white wire where the orig neck pu went. I did the same with mid and bridge pups. The sound is weak and barely there. Has anyone done this? Do the wires all go to the original locations? Thanks for any help Chuck
