AW Shadows Guitars

Curved for the body, Carved for the senses

If the form of the human body is composed entirely of surfaces, planes and shapes that are anything but flat and uninteresting, why is any object that is intended to be closely associated with it, not designed to look and feel organic, natural and intriguing? The CRS Curve exploits this design opportunity. It accomplishes an aesthetic appeal by expanding the traditional shape of the guitar multi-dimensionally. An elegant curve beginning just beyond the bridge assembly echoes the subtle arc of the waist. It also addresses an ergonomic concern by permitting the players arm to remain closer to the body, allowing it to fall more naturally and not placing pressure on the inner forearm.

guitar information

Hello my name is Farah Ozlati and I am currently carrying out research for an A-level media studies assignment as part of my final A-level grade. The topic I have chosen to focus on is guitars. I am therefore required to find out about the history of guitars, both electric and acoustic, and the marketing strategies of major companies. This includes how you advertise your products and how it is you actually provoke the appeal which they generate.

I appreciate that you must be busy however any information which you have and feel may be of assistance I would be very grateful of. Thank you so much for your time.

Kind regards

Farah Ozlati
