TransPerformance self-tuning guitar

Imagine tuning up your guitar simply by pressing a button and strumming the strings. Now imagine changing tunings quickly and accurately simply by pressing a button or footswitch. You’ve just imagined the Performer by TransPerformance.

    Greatings,
I have become interested in the Transperformance self-tuning technology.
I have seen the specs at the selftuning.com site but I am interested in: * The invention itself.
    * Selftuning must be the parent company of Transperformance?
    * Contacts for Tranperformance are hidden pretty good on TP’s site.
    * Wildwood Guitars is mentioned but who honors the 2-yr warrantee?
    * Duane R. Cole, is he the owner of TransP or is he in sales.
    * Who invented the tuning product?

Since I am left with all these questions, could you fill in the gaps.
I am very fortunate to have even found this guitarsite.com

Thank you very much, good luck in the new year! Looking forward to
    your reply.

Duane is the sales person from what I know I do know that a man named Neil is the owner of TP… I just happen to live near him and be friends with him. The Guitar does come with a warranty that trans performance holds, however I have never heard of one of these guitars going bad not even Jimmy Pages which he has had nearly 11 years. Its a good product and its fun as hell to play.

(I imagine that was only a rhetorical question, but…)

Answer: If you patented it, you can sue for infringement.

          Other than that, nope.
