I bought a 1971 Fender vibrolux from Karl about 9 months ago.
We set up a private time, I went in with my Gretsch and tried out the various amps that he thought were right.
After going through a bunch of vintage tube stuff, I arrived at this one. The whole time Karl was cool, courteous, helpful, etc.
He played the Gretsch for a while, which gave me a chance to stand back and listen to the amp.
Price was good, etc.
It’s a cool place way out in the country that is definitely worth the trip. Karl’s laid back and hospitable.
