I recently found an Epiphone guitar in my grandfathers basement afterhe passed away. I did a bit of research, it is an accoustic guitar, mahogany sides and back excellent condition, not a scratch on it, light wood front, an interesting patteren around the center hole of it. It has a serial no# of 131698 and an Epiphone no. of 6830E. If you find someone to get you a value of your guitar, our numbers are quite similar, maybe I will roughly know what this is worth. I went to a website and found out it was made in 1963.
