I am the original owner of a Charvel Jackson Mk6 guitar. The guitar is pearl white, neck through body with large shark fin inlays on an ebony fret board. The peg head has the Charvel guitar style logo with by Jackson/Charvel underneath. The guitar has a Strat style body with 3 pick ups. There are 3 knobs and 3 selector switches. The serial number is stamped into the fret board close to the body and reads C803669. The whammy bar tail piece is marked Licensed Under Floyd Rose Patents. The black plastic plate cover at the peg head has no markings which I understand is rare. The tuners are marked Jackson on the underside. All of the hardware on this guitar is black except for the whammy bar arm. I replaced the original pick ups with EMG’s but I still have the originals. I believe I bought the guitar and case in the early 90’s or late 80’s. The black hard shell case has the Charvel guitar logo stamped in gold on it and the case has a tag inside that reads: Everest Inc. Instrument Cases, made in Canada. The guitar was bought in Toronto Canada. I had no idea that these were collectible until a young kid came up to me after a gig, wanted to see the guitar and started drooling. I would appreciate knowing some info on value and date of manufacture. I have no intention of selling. The guitar sounds great! Regards, Brian Loree

Robert— It could be the two wires that go to the LED that control the CC pedal. If you loose connection on one of the two wires your pedal will freak out. I have had to re-connect my wires twice since I bought the pedal three years ago. The movement of the CC pedal causes the wires to break over time. If you are not electronicly enclined have someone who is fix it for you. It requires removal of bottom cover, and both pc-boards which should be done very carefully.
