The guitar is number one of four and comes with a Fender Custom Shop Certificate of Authenticity. According to the Christies website, “number two was presented to Janie Hendrix and three and four are currently held by the Fender Museum and the Experience Music Project in Seattle.”
It goes on to say “the guitar appears to replicate every detail of the original, including the output of the pickups, its body weight and neck profile, and the dents and scratches from Hendrix’s playing.”
