    – Press Release

A new era of amplification begins as Randall Amplifiers takes a different approach to power by developing a completely new proprietary power circuit called Valve-Dynamic™, which they feel finally breaks the barriers between tube and FET. Incorporating this highly-unique tube driven MOSFET power circuit into several of their amps not only captures a power tube’s true reactive qualities including the feel, warmth, and musical character, but now combine that with the durability and lifespan of a 400 watt MOSFET power amp. The new Valve-Dynamic™ power circuit is the lifeblood powering the revolutionary new V2 and T2 guitar amplifiers.

Since the early 1970s, Randall has aimed to provide quality built, reliable amplifiers with distinct tone and plenty of power amp headroom. Over the years, Randall has made its mark enabling players to achieve tremendous distortion and sustain, as well as designing several proprietary circuits like the early Constant Current power circuits, and the more recent MTS Series.

“The V2 and T2 will offer a tremendous benefit to guitar players, by bringing a new tone to the market, as well as providing a real option to actually wave goodbye to power tube failures, high maintenance costs, and the inevitable night to night tone inconsistencies. I mean, let’s face it, most quality built tube amps sound fantastic in a perfect environment like a controlled recording studio, or a well maintained rehearsal spot. But, to gig regularly with a temperamental tube amp, as many of you know, can become quite a frustrating challenge. I think that’s really the main reason why any of us are still pumping R & D into this area, which is to once and for all develop a realistic power tube alternative. We feel that Valve-Dynamic™ power not only provides much more responsive tube like qualities compared to a traditional solid-state preamp, but it is down right scary to pair it with the full tube preamps found in the V2 and T2”, explains Doug Reynolds, Randall Amplifiers Division Manager.

The chance to demo and judge for your self will be late December as the V2 and T2 begin to arrive in stores. For the more budget conscious, Randall will also be releasing an entirely new G3 Series line at January NAMM, which also incorporates the new Valve-Dynamic™ power section. V2: A MODERN DAY DR. JEKYLL
Developed for the guitarist who likes multiple tone shaping options, the highly complex V2 can basically produce any tone you want, utilizing a full tube preamp as well as a classic Randall solid-state preamp. Holding true to our hi-gain roots, we’ve pushed the boundaries of modern design which has resulted in this highly advanced new take on hybrid guitar amplification.

The revolutionary new Tube driven Mosfet power section called Valve-Dynamic™ powers the V2 with so much reaction and feel that you would swear it was full set of power tubes driving the amp. This 12AT7 driven power circuit not only has the feel, but also an accurate frequency response found only in a full tube power section.

T2: WHO IS JEKYLL WITHOUT MR. HYDE?
Designed with a simple straight ahead front panel layout, this sheer brute has a shorter less complex signal path that produces an extremely powerful, punishing tone. Highly versatile, this 2-channel, 3 mode amplifier offers an extremely wide range of tones to fit any playing style while seriously catering to those who hunger for gain.

A revolutionary power circuit called Valve-Dynamic™ is the engine that drives this new high powered head. This new developed Tube driven Mosfet power section is driven by a 12AT7 for natural tube feel and compression. However, the key to this power circuit is the accuracy in frequency response of a full 100 watt tube power amp, which results in unbelievable dynamic all tube tone, feel, and response.
