Sounds like Teisco-Kingston of the 60s. Try a search for Teisco+Kingston and see what turns up. Failing that, please post a pic of your guitar here if you can.

I can’t seem to find any pictures on the sites that you guys have sent me, but thank you anyways. If it help anyone, it’s a basic Strat shape, no pickguard. It has two single coil pickups, with on/off switches for each pickup as opposed to a pickup selector. Other than that, it just has a tone knob and volume knob. Input is on side of guitar, rather than the Strat-style angled input on the front of hte guitar.

The other possible is the Kingston-branded Teisco imported into North America in the 50s and 60s. Have a look at this site http://www.vintageguitar.com/brands/details.asp?ID=64 to see if it matches anything with your own guitar.

they have a few models, if you realy want to know about them, drop the kingston shop an e-mail and quiz them on it.
