I have a Teisco Del Rey EP-8T Serial# 349531 and I can't find one for sale anywhere to compare it to if I do choose to sell it. It has some minor neck damage but overall it's in great condition for the age. I have pics if needed. Any help would be great.

Very difficult to answer. These guitars are much sought be by certain people, whereas others think they are rubbish. It all depends on what a Teisco afficionado is willing to pay, and I wouldn't like to hazard a guess.

There's a forum over at the Teisco Twangers website - http://www.teiscotwangers.com - you could try asking there, but I don't recall it being too active.

Just found this one on eBay:

Might be worth watching it to see what it fetches - if it sells! Personally, I think that the sellers Buy It Now of £350 and Start Price of £199 is a bit steep.

And what about this one? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TEISCO-Electric-GUITAR-335-copy-semi-hollow-NO-RESERVE_W0QQitemZ190005252434QQihZ009QQcategoryZ119094QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I'm not sure if it's the same model but it looks similar.

Skuz me but 199 pounds is a bit crazy. Unfortunately, teisco twangers is dead, apparently the moderator has no time to devote to the site anymore. He has some great info but it hasn't been updated in years. A realistic price for a EP-8T is probably between $200-$300 USD. Things might be different in the U.K. but it is an international market these days. sb

There we go - the first one with the steep start price and the unrealistic Buy It Now did not sell.

The second one went for US $131.49 (Approximately £71.60).
