Need help with identifying this photo...

Hello all!
I know, this is not exactly right place for such questions, but i don't have an option :(
I saw this photo some time ago, and it hit's me. Today i saw it again, but no explanation about author and place it was taken...
I want this photo badly on print or just in high resolution :(
Can you please help me with this one?
Thank you :)
Yeah, hopefully this 'internet' thing will take off and there will be other sites as well as Guitarsite.
But top marks to Gsite for pioneering this crazy new technology, you should get some kind of copyright before it catches on!
haha Tim...
It's a Phil Collins album cover, Tash.
Mike, the next thing I know, you'll be saying that Verdi's overture to William Tell is "The Lone Ranger tune"
Natasha, at the risk of looking like an arty nerd bore, I recognize the photo:
Robert Doisneau
Kiss by the Hotel de Ville
1950
Prints are available (maybe Athena?) and a search should turn up one for sale. I don't recommend G-site's "For sale, wanted to buy" section, though :)
Had a little search, and noticed you were just a little late to buy the original. Seems like you're not the only one keen on it

Well I'll be darned, nice work 1b. I have to admit, I do like the photograph.
I get it. The guy in the background is playing air guitar.
Is that the connection?
.
I tried to copyright the internet just now but my application was rejected on the basis that Al Gore already owned it... I'll try copyrighting Global Warming next...
I'm going to make my "socially inept hygiene problem" status even worse, but I always got cracked up by Al Gore's "Vote for me; I invented the internet" campaign. I used to clunk my way through JANET (the joint academic network) on greenscreens and 32k stations while the US military played tic-tac-toe between ICBM sites. All this time, Gore was still working out how to kiss his wife and breathe at the same time. He thinks the wubwubwub and the internet are the same thing.
