So I bought a old plastic body electric...
Body looks like a red Oreo cookie...
Red on front and back, white in the middle...
Fender shaped headstock...
No markings...

Anyone have any idea what it could be ?
I will be taking it apart to look for markings soon....
but was just wondering if anyone knows what this could be??

Sounds fun. If you can post up pics (see the sticky thread at the top of this category for instructions) then we'll chime in.

Hi meh2112

I can only see the first picture in your photo album since I'm not a Snapfish member.

Looks to me like your guitar was made by Valco, a Chicago based company that produced fiberglas guitars in the 50's and 60's. One of their famous brandnames was Supro, but given what appears to be a Fender style headstock on your guitar eliminates Supro as a possibility. It is more likely that your guitar is an Airline, a Valco made guitar distributed by the catalog company Montgomery Ward.

Does the headstock on your guitar look like the one on my Airline posted here?

YES IT DOES...
I HAVE BEEN TOLD SINCE MY POSTING THAT IT WAS A AIRLINE...
I HAVE BEEN TOLD I DID'NT DO TO BAD AS I PAYED $90.00 FOR IT...
I STILL WOULD LIKE TO IDENTIFY THE YEAR IT WAS MADE...
FOIL STICKER ON BACK OF HEAD STOCK SAYS I-87XXX
I KNOW THEY STOPED PRODUCTION IN '68 SO I THINK IT IS CLOSE TO THAT DATE... THE GUITAR SURE SCREAMS... YOU CAN TELL IT HAS BEEN IN THE ORIGINAL CASE FOR MOST OF ITS LIFE... VERY SWEET AX...
PLEASE GIVE ME MORE INFO IF YOU CAN...
