Strange how beauty is so much more subjective than uglyness…can see where you’re coming from but couldn’t call any of these beautiful, could rate the craftsmanship etc…but on ‘looks’ alone, I prefer my ‘Christine’

This isn’t an UGLY , not sure it’s beautiful but it sure is interesting,might be awkward to play , I probably should have put this in acoustic, but there isn’t a thread there that relates, according to the web site, British luthier Andy Manson made this for John Paul Jones.

Over in “ugly”, I put a heap of Cinderella siblings all from the same seller. And yet, they offer this very nice semi for only $290:
OK, the headstock’s not my cuppa and the clear pickguard – while I can see why – makes the gold bracket look like a spare prick, but hey – $290. I think it’s purty.
