Fernandes Vortex Elite JP

NAMM 2012 witnessed the unveiling of the new Vortex Elite JP, Fernandes’ latest V shaped electric guitar offering.

Looks like Fernandes wants to sonically and visually impress with the new Vortex Elite JP. I do find it aesthetically cool. It is a 25.5″ scale electric guitar with a Neck Through design. Further reinforcement is afforded by its KTS Titanium Neck reinforcement rods. Wood used is mahogany for both the neck and the body.

It has 24 jumbo frets with a fast 14″ radius and ornamented by pearl center dot inlays. Hardware include EMG pickups, Gotoh floating bridges and the Fernandes Sustainer System.
