It is old, it has no name, it sounds really nice even through a blown speaker with 30 years of dry rot.
OK
I got this guitar through my wife’s family – apparently it was bought by her great-grandfather.It has 4 tubes, a 6V6, 6SF5, 6SC7, and 5U4
The speaker is field magnet type (brown), and the cabinet is tweed looking, small, and has a removeable back. Two inputs, single volume and single tone/switch knob. There is no distinctive name of any kind on this, and anyone who knows more about its history than I have already mentioned is dead.
The cab is small – 8″ deep by 12″ wide by 14″ tall.
I have pictures, but don’t know how to post them here – any help would be appreciated!
If you know what this is, where I can get info, or of a better place to ask, that would be great.
