Firstly, SD introduces their AHB-1 Blackouts Active Humbuckers.
“Despite what the name implies, you’ll experience anything but power failure when you put these 9-volt power generators in your axe. Blackouts deliver more highs, more lows and focused mids with higher output than a competitor’s active pickups — and up to 18dB less hum” Kellie Stoelting, Manager of SD Artist Relations said.
Next up is the SJ5-3 Quarter-Pound.
“Our for 5-string Jazz Bass answers the question asked by bassists lacking in sufficient tone and output, “Can I get more?” with a resounding “YES!.”
Also new is a distortion pedal that reacts more like a amp than a stompbox, with “the depth and dynamics that give well-made amps so much character.” They’ve named it the SFX-05 Lava Box Mosfet Distortion.
Lastly, “there’s the SFX-06 Paranormal bass direct box that sports a balanced line out XLR jack so you can feed a front-of-house mixing board or a recording console with no loss of signal.”
These four new products will be available in Spring.
