help, i can't re-string my kahler

I have an 80's Charvel/Jackson that I took the strings off of and now I can't pt new ones on! The strings won't go through the hole in the back. Can anyone help me please?

Thats weird, only thing I can think of is that the balls at the end of the string are stuck in the ferrules (holes)... can you see em in there ???

the last kahler i played had no holes in the back just the latches on the sadles up top. there should be a groove with a little box shaped area behind it. just set theball into it and pull twards the nut and it should seat.
