Yamaha FG580 Dreadnought/Jumbo Acoustic

This lovely bit of kit made in 1973 - spruce top Brazilian Rosewood (Jacaranda) back and sides, Ebony bridge,Ebony fretboard, Mahogany neck - A FEW LITTLE KNOCKS HERE AND THERE BUT GENERALLY IN GOOD NICK. Can find out little about it - seen it for 100000 Japanese Yen, 80000 Yen( but a bit damaged)- my guitar teacher says you can pick up Guitars like it in Denmark Street for £120!! What is right - the sound is great. Please someone tell me about this lovely beast AND WHAT IT IS WORTH.
