Hi: Firstable my English is too bad, the query is the following, I have an Ibanez PM 35 and want to change the pickup for a Gibson pickup, is it possible? and which I recommend for a typical warm jazz sound, thank you very much.
I would be tempted to go for the Classic 57 plus. It has the Alnico II magnet, a lot of the gibson jazzers use them.
I think your Ibanez has a Ceramic magnet so the Alnico will at least give a warmer tone.
