I have heard good things about the ME-50 by boss.
I was thinking of getting one but am not sure if it is worth selling a few pedals that I would no longer need.
Here is what I am running:
    Fender American standard 1991
Blackheart killer ant head with 1X10 cabinet (blackheart cab but put a weber speaker in)
    boss tuner
    mxr dyna comp.
    ibanez ts9dx highly moded
    boss metal zone highly moded
    mxr 10 band eq
    electro holy grail reverb

I was thinking of getting the ME50 and selling the boss tuner, mxr comp. and maybe the holy grail.

    Any thoughts on this?

Not a big fan of multi’s either to be honest, fine if you just want to noodle around and don’t know what you want.
The gigging guitarists I’ve worked with who used them had 2 or 3 sounds programmed in and switched betwen these depending on the song…negating the point of all the other features.
I’d definitely agree a collection of decent pedals tailored to your sound will ultimately sound better…and if nothing else a pedal-board looks cooler on stage 😀

I’m of the school of thought that anything COSM is automatically bad. As a working musician, I can tell you that I’ve never heard anyone get really good tone out of a Boss multi-unit. If you’re looking for a processed-sounding “good enough” sort of sound, get the Boss; but if you’re looking for really good tone and all the enhanced sonic qualities that come from runnin’ an analog signal path into a good tube amp, forget that digital junk and keep accumulating high end stomp boxes.
