How do I fix a Bent Electric Guitar neck?

Hi I have a Ibanez RG270DX and the neck is ben at abouth the 5th 6th fret... i know i have to trun the trust bar but i would like some advice before i fuck it up worse. and are the little black things that hold the string in the pink floyds changable.... cause there are rusted steel ones where the painted black ones should be. THANKS!!!
