Fender American Telecaster Rustic Ash
The Fender American Telecaster Rustic Ash is a limited edition guitar that features what Fender calls as a "never-before-seen" look.

This guitar is part of two Fender Special Run (FSR) aged instruments, the other Rustic Ash model is a Stratocaster.
The center-piece of this guitar is its brown anodized aluminum pickguard, which gives the instrument its rustic look. It highlights the Ash body's elegant grains as seen through the faded satin lacquer finish.
The guitar comes with a maple neck carved into a modern "C" shape. It features 22 medium jumbo frets and has a scale length of 25.5". The Sonic Blue model comes with a rosewood fretboard, while the Butterscotch Blonde model comes with a traditional maple fingerboard.
Giving the guitar its genuine Tele Twang are Fender Texas Tele bridge and neck pickups. Basic 3-way pickup switching is provided along with knurled flat-top control knobs for controlling the master volume and the special "no load" tone circuitry. When you max out the "no load" tone knob, it disconnects the tone circuit and allows the signal from the pickup to pass through directly to the output, giving you a louder, brighter, and more open sound.

Other hardware features include deluxe staggered cast/sealed tuners, synthetic bone nut, a string-through-body bridge with bent steel saddles, and a stamped brass plate.
The Fender FSR American Telecaster Rustic Ash Guitar is currently retailing for $1,300. You can visit Fender for the complete specifications.
