Q-tuner Q2.0 Neodymium Pickups
Q-tuner, announced their latest Neodymium based pickup - Q2.0, to be released later this year.

A 3D image of the new Q-Tuner Q2.0 is available as a teaser for their upcoming release.
Q-Tuners have invested 25 years of research to perfect their patented symmetrical electromagnetic circuit - neodymium magnets technology.
The predecessor Q-tuner neodymium pickups showcased a unique approach to passive pickup design. It combined the hi-fidelity punch of active pickup while retaining the transparency of passive pickups. These pickups are said to reproduce delicate harmonics between 5 and 10 kHz, a frequency range active electronics “filter” out and other passives don’t even see.
The upcoming Q2.0 builds on the Q-tuner technology with even more improvements. The electrical parameters of Q2.0 were enhanced to further increase output, dynamic range and frequency resolution. They also using optimized grade of neodymium and electrical steel blades. Finally they now utilize pure silver plated OFC wire in a ratio of 50g Ag/Kg Cu.
No official dates have been set, but it will be interesting to see how the new Q2.0 will be received once released. For more information about these unique pickups, visit Q-Tuner.
