Fender Revamps the T-Bucket Series

Fender revitalizes their T-Bucket acoustic-electric instruments, now with design improvements and two new models.

Fender T-Bucket

The two new models are the Vince Ray Voodoo Bucket 300CE and the 100CE, older models now come with inlays and some minor changes.

To distinguish the new models, Fender equipped them with a new holographic rosette inlay, along with a new 12-th fret “F” logo inlay. The guitars also feature Graph Tech Nubone nuts and compensated saddles in an effort to improve tone.

The Vince Ray Voodoo Bucket 300CE is a limited edition signature model with only 500 guitars to be produced. Its distinguishable feature is its Vince Ray designed rock and roll finish, complete with flames, snakes, skeletons and skulls. Under the fancy finish, this T-Bucket is still an affordable workhorse acoustic guitar with a laminated spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides. The guitar has a C-shape mahogany neck topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. Just like the other T-Bucket guitars, it comes with an active Fishman Isys III preamp and pickup system. The MSRP for the limited edition Vince Ray Voodoo Bucket 300CE is $499.99.

The body features a laminated spruce top, laminated mahogany back and sides with quartersawn scalloped X bracing. The neck is also made of mahogany crafted into the familiar C shape, topped with a 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard. As mentioned earlier, Fender got the help of Graph Tech and installed Nubone compensated saddle on this guitar. Other features include Fishman Isys III preamp with tuner, scale length of 25.3″ and it comes in a 3-color sunburst finish. The MSRT for the T-Bucket 100CE dreadnought is $399.99.
