Years in development, BUGERA’s new INFINIUM Valve Life
Multiplier technology extends the life of expensive power valves by up to 20
times, saving the end-user money and ensuring the integrity of their amplifier’s
tone. The revolutionary circuit monitors the performance of each output tube and
automatically balances the drive between them to more evenly distribute the
load. INFINIUM also compensates for the effects of aging by adjusting current
levels to keep valves sounding as good as new—even when AC line voltages
drop below nominal levels.
INFINIUM Series amplifiers take the guesswork out of tube replacement by
illuminating an LED next to a failed tube. The user simply replaces the defective
tube—without the expense of a trip to the repair shop to have a technician rebias the amplifier. Expensive matched sets are not required and mixed
combinations of 6L6 and EL34 valves can even be used concurrently, opening
up an entirely new tonal palette.
INFINIUM Valve Life Multiplier technology is available exclusively from BUGERA
on INFINIUM Series MAGICIAN, TRIREC, 1960, 1990, 333/333XL and
6260/6262 guitar heads and combos, and the new BVV3000 INFINIUM bass
amplifier head.

I bought the Bugera V-22 January of 2010 and it sounds killer! It doesn’t have Infinium but so far so good.
