New from GMP Guitars: Cheetah

As anyone who has learned about ancient human history will know – we are all African.
Cheetah - a GMP Gutiar
Perhaps it’s those prehistoric roots that led someone to say “The kids in America need a GMP Guitar wilder than Kim”!   Or maybe not…. The truth is I have no idea why they did it, but it certainly makes for an interesting look.   There are four basic models in the Cheetah range. By ‘basic’ I mean you can order each of the models with special options on everything from tone woods to chambering, tremelo systems, different finishes, and a choice of either Seymour Duncan or Rocket pickups.
Cheetah has an Alder body, Maple neck, and Rosewood fingerboard – these start at $1,850.00.   Cheetah Special has a Mahogany body, bound Maple or Mahogany neck, and a Rosewood or Ebony fingerboard – these start at 2,250.00.   Cheetah Standard comes with a carved Alder body, Maple neck, bound Rosewood fingerboard – and start at $2,450.00.   Cheetah Deluxe is the top of the range with a Mahogany back and carved figured Maple top, bound Mahogany neck, and Ebony fingerboard. Prices start at $2,850.00.
No one from GMP Guitars has told me if any real cheetahs were harmed to make their new range – probably because I forgot to ask – so you can check for yourself when you take a closer look at gmpguitars.com/spec.cheetah.html   Related News: RoxStar by GMP Guitars
