    incase you read this thanks for your help i ordered an individual machine head from custom parts shop for ?8 including p+p. i did go check out my local music shop but they could only get them in sets and that would have cost me more than it would for me to buy it from overseas with p+p.     on the back of the bass head there is 1 screw at the bottom of the machine head if that is what u r refering to. as i said i know nothing about the bass as there is no model written on it and i baught it off a friend who also knew squat. the tuner is a rounded triangle if u know what i mean and the whole thing is black. i did try the allparts website but there was only one that it could have been but the picture wouldn’t load so im not sure. and yes it is a sealed machinehead ________ [URL=http://www.honda-wiki.org/wiki/Honda_HSC]Honda HSC history[/URL]
