Theory is aptly named. I used to know (have a) theory. I no longer have a clue. I don’t seem to need it anyway. Like Miles said, I’ll play it now and explain it later.
However, the fact still remains… too many people bid 6 days before an auction even finishes, pushing the price too high. I guess an auction site needs those sort of people to operate.
Yeap, that’s true. It’s really mind-numbing sometimes to see so many people who don’t get it.

I’m 48. I suffered torn ligaments in my left wrist. After two surgeries, much therapy, and years of healing, I could finally play guitar again (I went about 10 years without). I don’t have to do much to warm up but sometimes I’ll briefly soak my hands and wrists in warm water before playing.

I don’t purchase much on eBay but when I do I use sniping software. My one and only high bid goes in mere seconds before auction close. I’m usually at the beach or someplace else while simultaneously winning an auction. There are several automated sniping solutions out there. Get smart, get sniping software.

It’s back to the source for me; excellent tube amp, excellent guitar, very little between the two — a boost, a delay, perhaps an OD. That’s it. No more racks, processors, MIDI, etc. Vintage vibe with modern appointments all the way.
