Airline Tux Deluxe – New from Eastwood Guitars

The AIRLINE Tuxedo has been one of Eastwood’s top-selling models many years. And as a TUXEDO player and fan of the AIRLINE brand, Randy Bachman (Bachman & Turner, The Guess Who, BTO), contacted Eastwood Guitars to share his ideas.

The new Airline Tux Deluxe captures that exotic sixties vibe that Randy was aiming for, with multi-ply binding, flamed maple top and back with unique black sides. Technical changes include a Zero-Fret, upgraded tail-piece and custom coil-tapped pickups, giving the player a choice of 70% or 100% of the P-90 output levels. Deluxe AIRLINE hardshell case is included.

“It really is a pleasure to work with Randy, he is extremely knowledgeable about vintage instruments,” said Mike Robinson, President and founder of Eastwood Guitars, “with over 40 years of professional experience and a vintage collection that spans that career, he is hard to beat. When it came time to name the new model, Randy said, “TUX DELUXE” without a second thought. I just love that name!”
