I recently acquired an older Yamaha acoustic with the Red Label inside that reads “Yamaha Guitar FG-230 Nippon Gakki” the only number I can find is 1223999 inside top part of the guitar. This guitar is a six string. I thought the FG-230’s where 12 strings. Did Yamaha make this model as 6 string also?
