Joey Leone Superfast Guitar – New from Eastwood

Joey Leone is a Vermont based guitarist who has worked with Eastwood Guitars on 3 signature models.

You may not recognize the name at first glance, but he is a respected musician who has endorsement deals not only with Eastwood, but also Marshall, VOX, and others.

Joey Leone has played on stage with the likes of Wilson Pickett, Ben E. King, Chaka Kahn, Mick Taylor, Andrew Dice Clay, Albert Collins, Johnny Copeland, Chubby Checker, Jason Bonham, Sam Kinison, and even Bruce Willis.

He has also opened for acts including Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Commodores, Chaka Kahn, Average White Band, Albert King, Ronnie Wood, Danny Gatton, Natalie Cole and others.

And now the third of his signature series Eastwood Guitars has rolled off the production line and shipped to dealers.

Eastwood say this is the lightest and most responsive semi-hollow body they have made to date.

The key to cutting the weight down is its two-piece Alder pancake laminated center block which Eastwood claim is just as stable as Rock Maple.

As with the previous 2 Leone signature guitars, the Superfast has an additional 2mm of width on the set one-peice Mahogany neck.

It has two coil-tapped custom Humbuckers, a master volume, tone and on, off and coil-tap switching, tune-O-matic bridge. You can also have a Bigsby Tremolo added if you want it.
