Mike Deasy – The Guitarman

Mike Deasy is known as the most recorded rock guitarist on the planet. As a teenager, he was there at the beginning of rock in the middle fifties as guitarist traveling with The Coasters, Richie Valens, Eddie Cochran, Duane Eddy, and others. In the 60’s, he recorded with everyone from Elvis to the Byrds to Frank Sinatra to Frank Zappa and 1000’s others. In the 70’s he added his guitar to recordings of Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, Kenny Loggins, Cannnonball Adderly, etc. Called “The Guitarman” by his peers, he now travels the country going into the public school system with his “Yes To Life” concert program warning today’s children of the dangers of drug abuse. At his official web site, you’ll find some history of rock and roll, a monthly newsletter, a guitar playing page called “Finger Tips” to help new guitarists with their craft, and many other features. Coming is the Cyber Online Guitar Workshop where guitarists can be online with their guitar and Mike to ask question!

Anyone out there know the chords to the new LightHouse Family track – I Wish (I knew how it would feel to be free)?
