This isn’t about politics, PRS have announced a limited production run of their left-handed Custom 22
This is the first time in more than five years that PRS are doing a limited run of left-handed Customs – this series will be limited to 250 guitars.
The Custom 22 was originally introduced by PRS in 1993.
It has a maple top, mahogany back, wide fat mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard and bird inlays, and uncovered 59/09 pickups.
It also comes with the new “V12” Finish which PRS have been developing for 12 years – it’s a very thin, hard, and clear finish designed not crack or react with thinners.
“PRS models with this new finish feel like old instruments”, according to Paul Reed Smith himself.
It comes in ten different colors which you can see at prsguitars.com/leftycustom22/colors.php
The price and delivery date haven’t been announced yet, but you can get the full specs at prsguitars.com/leftycustom22/specs.php
