Odessa 12 string

I have an Odessa 12 string model D-27-12. Looking for info on who the manufacturer was and what year it was made. Was Odessa a copy of some top name guitar or was it just named Odessa ? I would appreciate any info.

I have an odessa electric guitar strat style body, headstock like an acoustic three machines on each side, guitars a neck through design! natural finish! I have had little luck finding much info, apparently they made Ibanez Iceman copys...may have been made in Asia early eighties, search "odessa Iceman" and you'll have gotten as far as I have...
