I have 2 Kay guitars I bought in the early 60's.
I have never seen any other Kay guitars like them
and I've seen a lot of bands, a lot of music stores
and I've searched the net. One is a hollow body electric bass,
arch top, arch back, f holes, single pickup, single cutaway
,brown with sunburst. The other is a
hollow body electric 6 string, arch top, arch back, f holes, double
cutaway, dual pickup, Bigsby vibrato bar, cherry red.
I am the original owner of both instruments, they
both have the original finish are in excellent condition
except for noisy pots. Neither one has been played
since 1966. Does anyone know what models these are
or how much they are worth?

Re: Kay guitars

: I had the double cut away model you are talking about. Been searching for one for years. Let me know any info you have got on that.

Thanks,

Russ
