chowa acoustic classical guitar

l found a guitar in a second hand store and after playing same realized it was a real gem but l can find no reference anywhere as to who made it and along with another gem l've found i.e. a mann steel string acoustic.. the chowa has a one piece spruce top which leads me to believe, (along with the workmanship) that it is a fine guitar. l would like to know who made these guitars and their vintage because they (the chowa) is at least 40-50 years old and the mann at least 20+ years old. No one has any info on these items, need help.
