: The luckiest day of my life, got a Martin Goya G-180 Nylon Classical guitar in a trash in excellent condition! It was made in Japan, Serial #91721, looks like it has solid top and back and sides, and one piece mahag neck. Wondering when was it made, and it's price

Yes I have G-180 and did some homework on it.
It's a solid cedar top and I believe it is brazilian rosewood back and sides, don't know if they are solid wood and I believe it is a ebony fretboard also. On the used market they say $400, I suspect they are worth more because of the woods and craftsmenship, these are not junk! In the day the MSRP was $700 on these!!! Try to find a classical guitar of this quailty in todays market for under $3000! They were made in the early 80's, you may want to hold on to it if you are a player!
