Very odd, it looks like a standard firebird V but has had its banjo tuners replaced with non standard ones, also the mini humbucker on the bridge has been swapped out for a full size humbucker, i dont think there was a special made with this combination, maybe it was modded?
If it were all original as a standard it would be worth £750-900 but modded it would be worth a bit less.

I have one of these, not the same as this, mine has an amber burst, but same wizard neck and pickup combination, i paid around £380 for it new.
I reckon you would get about £200 for it used, check out past listings on ebay.

Crafter make fantastic beginer guitars, dont go for the epiphone dove, you want something with a nice tone, Yamaha would be better than the Epi,
one thing you should look for in an acoustic guitar is a solid top, i think you can get a solid top for your budget, you should also look for a mahogany back and sides, ive never played a good newish Epiphone acoustic (apart from the masterbuilt and USA stuff), also avoid Fender acoustics, they are not very good.
I have a Compass series Yamaha acoustic which plays like a dream, but it may just be out of your price range, i also have a Crafter acoustic parlour type which plays very nice, have a couple of others too, but i could go on forever…

I don’t think Maya were one of the better early guitar copies, i have a Telecaster copy from 1981, the build was good but the pickups were a bit weedy. i remember my Dad bought it for me for £180, probably worth that now, maybe a bit more, i would think your accoustic would be the same kind of money.

I had a VAMP, the original, and it was the nastiest peice of kit i ever owned, everyone that heard it agreed, ive also had a go with Behringer stomp pedals, with the exception of the booster pedal they too are pretty nasty,
I wouldn’t waste any more money on Behringer, they make gear for a price, and it shows.

i would start with a nylon strung guitar, a classical/spanish guitar.
the necks are wider so the string spacing is greater, easier to get your fingers around. Also the strings dont hurt your finger as much as steel strung guitars.
I would start with free online lessons, try a few clips on youtube too.

could be an acoustic pickup of some sort, does it have a jack plug on the end of the guitar? where you would normally attach a guitar strap?
Got no idea on pricing, best have a look on ebay at previous listings.

Ive not heard of this before, but i would start by giving the guitar a good basic setup, get all the pickups a standard distance from the strings, changed the strings, also check the wiring, make sure its all standard, then just try swapping out the neck pup for the bridge, if it seems to be quite a common problem on strats the try screwing down the trem unit or putting a block on it.

Sounds like you have put a heavier or lighter set of strings on.
Probably lighter so there is less stress on the neck and the action is too low.
2 things you can do for a quick fix, put on the same gauge of string you had on before or adjust the truss rod.

I think if you put it on ebay with a starting price of £2,200 it should find it’s own value, unless of course it the custom shop model?
Make sure you get a cheque to avoid thos paypal charges, ive seen those JP’s go for £2,500+
    Good luck.
