go to your local software store and get a cheap multitrack recording software, ive seen software at about £15, install it on your PC and run it, if you have a pretty up to date machine you dont need anything else, you will get quite good results and then upgrade as you go along, i use a creative audigy 2 sound setup, i get good results from that but i used to get some good quality recordings from my old standard card, all you need is the multitrack software and there are loads of people that make it, you can even trial it for free on the web.
Or you could buy a stand alone mutitrack digital recording studio, you can get them very cheap, 4 track is about £150.Lee
Why dont you ask him to order one so that you pick it up from the shop? When i order my guitars they go to the shop i just pay a 10% deposit, i would want the dealer to set it up for me before i take it, surely there must be a guitar shop in your area where you can play before you pay?
Vintage burst and light burst are very nice, honey burst is great too but i dont think they do that on the classic.

LeeBass has mostly 4 strings, most standard electric guitars have 6 strings, the strings on a bass are thicker and heavier and so produce a lower tone.
you should really look at all those solutions i talked about in the thread you indicated, another reason maybe that you dont have it correctly tuned to the the right pitch? do you use a guitar tuner? if you have the strings tuned a step or whole tone down and you have a real low action then this can cause problems, but ultimatly if you have check all those things i talked about and you still have problems then i would return it to the shop, let them do a setup for you.

I Never said a bad word about him, he just seemed to give some very long answers to some silly questions, for instance, ‘Hey dude, who invented the guitar?’ somebody asks that and you think, why dont you just type it in google?? but Dwight would step in with a 300 word acurate account of the beginings of guitar history, and you know the guy who asked the question just doesnt give a damn about the answer, but Dwight would treat all questions as real ones, except the ‘Hindi Tab’ ones, nobody falls for that right??

I saw Brian at a guitar seminar in London, there must have been 300 guitarists there, and i went along not realy expecting much, but he was brilliant, he took us through his guitar and amp setup, 3 AC30’s a few effects and a hell of a lot of volume, and he actualy played wearing Clogs!!
he was a real down to earth sort of guy, answered questions and palyed for about an hour, he did a lot better than nuno bettnecourt but thats another story.Lee

You can get a replacement humbucker for a tele called a ‘Hotrails’ its made by seymore duncun, also theres one made by kent armstrong too, they are the same size as your current single coil and are designed as a direct replacement, very good pickup too.
