Goya Model GA440

I recently came into a collection of instruments to sell and amongst them was this goya the only puzzling thing to me was that the serial #on the Neck Block inside the guitar was a Takamine serial #. It literally said "Takamine serial#780 23168" The prodution date is Feb 18/1978. Any Info and a price value would be greatly appreciated.

i have a goya ga 445 that says takimine and the is the serial # 78923153 but i have no clue on a price msg back mabey with a pic tat would be great
