Luthier Paul Chabot first apprenticed for guitar maker / repairman Robert Buchanan in 1981 in Mesa, Arizona where he was introduced to the basics of guitar repair and guitar refinishing. In 1983 Paul graduated from Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery where he apprenticed under John Roberts, Bill Eaton and Steve Gilmore. Having a more thorough understanding of luthiery after graduating from Roberto-Venn Paul went on to apprentice under world renowned guitar maker Augustino Lo Prinzi. Under Augie Paul learned the most proven methods and advanced techniques of guitar production.
