Last month I spotted a guitar propped up with the along with other trash at curbside in my neighboorhood while retriving the newspaper. I walked over, picked it up, peered in the hole and much to my suprise it was a 69 Giannini Classical. It was frost bit, the finish cracked and wrinkled from neglect, but there is little damage to the Brazilian wood and no holes anywhere. It looked as if it had the original strings on it and one of the tuners was broken. I cleaned it up, replacing the tuners and strings.

It stays in tune very nicely with 9's but im going to 10's shortly.

Never pass up a guitar sitting by the road. I previoulsly came into a 65 Archangel Fernandez that was going to the trash. It did look like trash, but The Guitar Salon in Manhattan gave me 1250.00 for it and that was 5 years ago.

I,ve got a nylon six string i picked up at a mom and pop store in kansas, I'm interested in knowing the value of this guitar.

My son has a Giannini Guitar Model 2 Serial #8040 6/69.
He would like to give it to someone who could use it. It was his first guitar ever. We would like to know if it carries a value of any sort?

What info can you provide on this book that it provides a player? I would like to relearn some of the scales that I went trough years ago when I was studing clasical guitar. It would help me now bunches.
