I have stumbled across an old cortez with nothing for ID numbers. Its still a beautiful guitar with 2 tone wood on the back and some kind of ivory on the next or around it. I don't know much about cortez anyone have any idea where I can find information on it?

This link may have gone when you read this. It shows an Eko guitar but with no markings identical to the kd28. So it IS an Eko!!

Yeah, there's an actual kd28 on ebay right now (14th March 2005) which says it's an Eko. I just wanna know WHY Eko decided not to lay claim to it!! It's a fabulous guitar, in both build quality, ease of play AND sound. Superb wood to..

Your post was so long ago, you may never see this, but I have come across the same guitar. Sekova. Electric. one neck with 12 strings. reddish in middle and fades to black around edges. mine must have been for a lefty because it is reversed.

Hi,, i recently bought a Cort 6 string electric.got it online from www.thomann.de ,and i am very happy with it indeed.I cant remember the model number of it,and i dont have it here at the moment to check.Anyway,it was only £115 from Thomann. I checked the price online at the Cort site before i bought it,and it seems its would cost the equivelant of£250 to buy in the UK.
Its a cracking wee guitar,,,,shorter than any of my others,,,but it sounds great and can certainly hold its own with my Gibson,Patrick Eggle,Tele etc. It looks lke a copy of the EVH Peavey Wolfgang,if thats any help.
Get one,,you wont regret it!

Fender Heartfield RR9 info request

Hi! I'm looking for info on a Heartfield RR9 guitar I bought used about a year ago. I remember finding a website with some info on these guitars a while ago, but it seems to have disappeared. The one I have is a dark blue with brighter blue metallic fleck finish and a pearloid pickgaurd. Anybody have one for sale? I'd like a matching pair. Thanks, James.

Hi! If you have any of theese guitars named abow, please do not, for Goods sake. do not burn of them! Maybe they are not so valuable in money but they are representing many years of magnific European guitar manufacturship. I have seen Levin (from Sweden) orginal, full acoustic orchestra guitar from 1940 still in perfect shape and valued upp to 1 000 USD, Crafton (Sweden, Gothenburg) orginal full acoustic orchestra guitar valued 500 USD, Höffner (from Germany)orginal acoustic valued to 2 000 USD (mostly handmade) (remember that ex. The Beatles used to play with a Höffner Violinbass-guitar !) My brother in Finland had a handmade Höffner made of birch and now he have a Höffner "Stratocaster" from 1970 with original Höffner microphones, valued to 900 USD.And I by my self have now one Arnold Hoyer, probably an Esquire from late 50;s with original microfones. Valued to 1 000 USD!
Then we have the Landola from Finland, not so well knowed, specially their big, 12-stringed Country&Western guitars from middle of 70;s. Robust crafted, big sound, not so easy to find any more!
And of course Burns! used by many European rockgroups during the decades and if you are lucky, may be you can still find theese guitars in very good shape.
So if you have one of theese guitars, play them! Do not let them stay on closets and collect dust!

Detta instrument ur ett aka/frun crafton verkstuderna/Göteborg/svenskt master hantverh...so my grandma pass away 5 years ago...make some calculations maybe the guitar its early 40's...any help will be good...thanks
