yeah, i have a friend that has a schecter c-7 - its a really nice blue, looks good, plays terable!
he swears the pick-ups dont play like he wants,
(knowing him, he wants some from ratm- tim manhony's!(- i think its mic check- song 5 - the 3:18 marking of time or so, for about 8 seconds, off the battle of los angleous cd... )its a feedback of his harmonic tap-off, and tim's pickups recive this mexican techno radio station (but in lower volume)- due to the extreme and perscise and persition of his pick's!-
yeah, not to know from playing the experience of the diamond personally, but knowing the sound it makes, its a keeper for a good price.

Hey thats a reel cool guitar you got, I had one around 1970 but I sold it to my cousin. I think he's still got it. The one I had was an archtop jass style guitar.
I wish I never sold it. It had great tone and played very well. However I don't know if their still being made.

Just bought an old beat up may bell. Compared to some of the pictures I've seen here and there on the net, I think it is a very bottom of the line model. Did you ever find out anything else about this guitar? Thanks, Chris.

I have recently acquired a K/Kay acoustic guitar. It is obviously one of the lower end models, but it is in mint condition and quite playable. Looking inside the soundhole, you can see the following, stamped in black ink - "Model K428" and beside it "Made in Korea."

Any way of knowing the year it was manufactured and it's current value? Any other information you could provide would be most appreciated.

I'am no teacher, but with 2 years of playing you probally have a pretty good foundation to start on, so if you don't already know your scales/modes start by learning them, and I also found it really benificial learning every note on the fretboard, and then probally like you learned to play rythym, after you have the 'basics' start playing... to music you like (I found it easier to play 'slower' blues to start), improvising, exploring, and a metronome is great to work up your speed... well thats my 2 cents, sorry I can't give you any 'secrets', and there is a wealth of info on the web to get started with.
